Raid farm on Pillagers Outpost Sometimes spawn Passive Pillagers

I noticed this issue while building a Pillager/Raid farm on an outpost's location.

In short, while a raid is running, pillagers that spawn (due to proximity of the outpost) will sometimes be docile.

I was able to replicate this in Vanilla 1.20.1.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create world (creative)
2. Locate Pillager Outpost
3. Spawn proof the surface (164 block perimeter)
4. Make Spawning square 12 block wide hole and 10 block wide spawn area.
5. Add trapdoor path finding trap and a Iron Golem in the center of square.
7. Add villager underground and get bad omen effect.

Allow pillagers to spawn for a few seconds.

After a few seconds, pillagers will spawn but seem like they have no AI. (Illiger Newts XD)
They will not attack players, iron golems or villagers. Even when presented with clear unobstructed vision of targets and even when attacked.

I am sometimes able to refresh the Docile Pillagers by reloading the game or ending the raid.

Hello

Thanks for the video. However, your video was too long, it's nearly 11.5 minutes long, most of them just building the pillager farm.

Instead of spending hours to build the pillager farm, could you give me your world file for the issue?
