I'm just building a mob grinder and i hear a cave noise at y: 72

So does that means you're playing on Java or on Bedrock

This is most likely the ambient noises in game. You can turn these off by clicking "Options" -> "Music & Sounds" -> turn "Ambinet/Environment" to 0%

Bedrock

This is reported on Xbox, so the user is experiencing this on Bedrock Edition (C++). So why isn't this reported under MCPE and not MC?
