Doesn't affect just 1.20.1, affects all versions. Minecraft's Graphics freezes, but all else seems to be running, just without graphics. This happens just randomly, and I have to close Minecraft to fix it. I have no photos because, well, the graphics are frozen. I can say all else seems to be running because the sound plays, and when I press escape, my cursor appears in the middle of my screen.

A technical support issue is an issue that's happen due to your computer, your PC, your network, your anti-virus, etc. and not cause by Minecraft itself. This site don't accept technical support issue.
