Despite being a mountain biome, the #is_mountain biome tag does not include the Grove biome. It includes the other six mountain biomes, including the Cherry Grove.

The Grove biome was always referred to as a mountain biome, the Cherry Grove biome was never referred to as a forest biome. I could be wrong, but I think this one is more likely not be WAI than MC-263202.
