[MC-265086] The "Press enter to enable the narrator" string is improperly capitalized

The Bug

The "Press enter to enable the narrator" string is improperly capitalized.

This string of text should be properly capitalized to maintain consistency with other strings of text.

I don't believe this string ever appears in the game (in written form, anyway). If it does appear, please specify where it can be seen, as we only track bugs that have an impact on the game.

Well, it could be made visible by a command (/tellraw for example), so it may be a valid use case still; probably not though.
