what file even is that? If it's something you're NOT meant to open with notepad (e.g.: level.dat), then don't open it with notepad. If it is something you're meant to open with notepad, say what it is please so that Mojang would be capable of being told what's happening.

It's a random lock file I found on my java edition world it had a snowman then I pressed on it and it showed this

It's my pc the thing I opened was session.lock

On my windows 8.1/8 Computer on notepad

@Greymagic27 it's a file I found in all my worlds "Session.lock"

That file's existence is not a bug.
