[MC-265508] minecraft.used:minecraft.saddle not triggered when right-clicking a saddle onto a mob

Name says it all. I made a scoreboard with the following:

scoreboard objectives add use_saddle minecraft.used:minecraft.saddle

Then I right-clicked a saddle onto a horse, a pig and a strider (all valid saddle mobs) and the score didn't increase. The score doesn't seem to increase when you right-click to ride the mob or place the saddle into the horse inventory either.
