Here it is, now that i think about it it doesnt show much, but hey the best i can do to prove that this actualy exists. Although in 1.20.4 now the mouse only gets stuck when you alt tab out and alt tab back.

Can confirm in 1.21 pre-release 1.
Steps to reproduce:
Open Minecraft.
Switch to any other window.
Hold left click.
Switch back to the Minecraft using alt+tab.
Press esc and try to move.
Notice that while you can still move with WASD, you can't rotate the camera.
