Unable to connect to servers modded, vanilla, and realms

I have been using minecraft java edition just fine playing on multiple servers up until October 25th 2023. Since October 26th, 2023 I have been receiving the error "Cannot assign requested address: no further information" when attempting to connect to any server.

This is the same for modded servers, vanilla servers, or even the Realms area.
Steps I've taken to fix this issue:
I have uninstalled all launchers (CurseForge, normal launcher, etc.)
Installed the latest version of Java
Installed the latest drivers
Deleted all folders relating to minecraft on my computer

After all that I have re-installed vanilla minecraft for windows 11 but still encounter the same issue.
If I use a VPN I am able to connect to servers however I am timed out due to ping issues

I have disabled my computer firewall and my router firewall, with still being unable to connect.
I have checked the logs from both my modded server I play on and some other vanilla servers I know were active at the time, with their excerpts below of the error I am receiving:
[09:39:42] [Client thread/INFO]: Connecting to X.X.X.X, 25565

I have tried all of the possible fixes shown on the FAQ for Minecraft Java edition and even reached out to Minecraft support, but nothing fixed it. MC Support advised I should open a bug report here. I have searched all previous issues but did not find my issue among them and thus I am opening a new ticket.

I have masked the IP address of the modded server I play on. The other is a pure vanilla server I can change the address of any time.

Technical support issue, not a bug. Contact Mojang Support.

Same thing happened to my little brother. Are you under the age of 13 or 18 where you have some blocked/curfew settings? My father manages my little brother's account and that's why he can't connect to servers but can connect to offline/singleplayer.

That's a technical support issue. This site is for bug reports only.

I did contact support and they told me to raise a ticket here. I guess being sent in a circle is usual help 😞

We do not have the resources to provide you with technical support.
Please contact Community Support for assistance and refer to this ticket by providing a link.

FindKnight - I control my router, I'm also not a kid... I've worked as an IT professional for over 7 years and currently work for a fairly large bank. I have tried all publicly available FAQs and random threads on social media. The fact that Minecraft isn't working means there's some other reason that isn't explained anywhere. The real end is that Minecraft (and thus Microsoft) loses a customer due to lack of support for bugs in their game (when support says it's not a bug).

Since y'all are pointing me towards a page I've already been and to a place I've already requested help from which lead me here, is there any better place to go?

@unknown: I completely agree with you, but keep in mind that we are also just volunteers who can help you with first level support (or at least try to). I don't quite understand your point about "when support says it's not a bug", as we only track bugs in the bug tracker and are not support for anything - neither account support nor technical support.

My apologies I did not know it was a volunteer thing here. I was going by what support was advising, that this would be the place. But oh well, we'll see what happens 🙂
