Twisting & Weeping vines have a random age when placed

Twisting and Weeping vines both have a random age value set when placed, which is different to all other crops or vines in the game.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a weeping vine

2. Place down a twisting vine

Observed & Expected Results:

❌ - The vines will have a random age set from 0-25
✔ - The vine's age value would by default be set to 0, just like wheat, carrots, sugar cane, or saplings (to list a few examples).

Notes:

1. When looking in F3, you can actually see that the value is set to 0 for a very brief moment, before it is then randomized.

2. This behavior is unexpected and inconsistent to all other crop blocks in the game, and similar issues have been traiged before noting said behavior.
