Cherry Cape still on Bedrock but not Java

November 6th of 2023, i created a bug saying that i didn't receive the Cherry Cape on Java but i did on Bedrock as MC-266400 shows you. But, someone said to me that the capes were still rolling out and i needed to wait and closed my issue. It's been almost a month and still nothing.

cherry capes are, in fact, available to some java users (i have one and only recently got it), they just haven't rolled out to everyone yet

@mrjasonn i reported a bug, i've not made any request. As said, i've already the cape on Bedrock but it is not showing on Java.
