[MC-267674] Minecraft Logo on front screen misaligned and warped

when loading up Minecraft version 1.20.4, the Minecraft logo is cut in half and seems to be in italics

Invalid, resource pack issue. The pack you're using is not (properly) updated to the newest version.

As mentioned already, this is an issue with the resource pack you're using and not a problem with Minecraft itself, therefore I'll be resolving this ticket as Invalid.

its not, i dont use resource packs. i was running plain vanilla

If not related to resource packs then it may be a case of MC-218803. That's what it looks like to me.

Try speaking to community support and see if they can help you solve the issue.
