Summoning a TNT entity with the Fuse modifier will still cause the TNT to explode instantaneously. This works as intended in 1.20.2 and below, but 1.20.3+ appear to all have the issue.
This occurs on both a local world and on a server. It can be tested with the command /summon tnt ~ ~ ~ {Fuse:20} and you can see that there is no delay between it summoning and exploding.

Do you know the reason behind this change since most of the other tags start with a capital letter?
To me, it feels like part of a gradual transition away from capitalised tag names (just a guess though as I don't work for Mojang).
"
Fuse" was renamed to "fuse" (no capital).
