[MC-267855] Unable to close game while loading or saving world

While loading or saving a singleplayer world, the game does not respond to attempts to close the game until the process is completed.

Steps to reproduce:

Load or save a singleplayer world.
Try to close the minecraft window.
Observe how minecraft doesn't close untill it has finished loading.

No, throwing errors when closing VS closing being unsuccessful. Yes, it's mentioned in the note, but it's not what the report is about.
