Interacting with a vault while holding any item other than a trial key still plays the hand swinging animations

You can right click on a vault without a trial key and unless your hand is empty, it will actually interact properly with it, even though nothing else happens.

How to reproduce:

1. Find a vault or place one from the creative inventory or with commands.

2. Right click on the vault with an item other than a trial key.

Expected result:

Nothing would happen.

Observed result:

The player swings their hand as though some interaction with the block happened.
