The breeze can be damaged by wind charges and will eventually die if attacked often enough.
This seems not to be intended, given that breezes have been made immune from all other projectiles and wind charges seem to behave mostly like projectiles (e.g. they work in connection with the target block)
Repro:
Create creative world with Experimental Data Pack enabled, spawn a breeze via spawn egg, get yourself a few wind charges, shoot wind charges at the breeze and observe
1) the breeze taking a red damage tick, as well as
2) it eventually dying.

@Jiingy I have seen that remark, but IMHO that alone does not justify that wind charges cause damage to breezes. As an example: arrows, too, deal damage if they hit an entity, and yet the breeze deflects them as projectiles. I'd presume the projectiles immunity to be the more specific rule here that should take precedence. But of course, this report could very well be WAI too.
This seems to be intentional based off the changelog, which says the projectile hurts an entity when it hits them, but since there's no explicit source stating it damaging breezes is WAI, I can confirm.
