Wind charges can hit breezes

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable the Update 1.21 Experiment;

2. Grab a wind charge item;

3. Spawn a breeze;

4. Shoot the charge at it.

Observed Results:
The wind charge hits the breeze and damages it.

Expected Results:
The wind charge gets deflected like every other projectile.
