This was erroneously fixed.
The Wind Burst is supposed to invalidate the fall damage protection of the Mace smash attack.
The previous fix has been reverted.

Arrow damage is based on their velocity, which decreases when hitting the Breeze.

Definitively my mistake, had turned off structures when I made the world :facepalm:

Yeah I saw that. Just wanted to make sure because of this comment:

"The last thing I did was fly through an ancient city in creative or spectator mode"

I could not find any ancient city at that location. Did you mean you were in the deep dark biome?

I will recheck to make sure I got the seed correct.

@unknown  do you have coordinates (or approximate coordinates) for where you were when the crash happened?

Thank you for bringing to our attention that this was not done properly. It seems only part of this was fixed. There was more than one reason that this could happen and only one was previously fixed.
