Breezes don't make deflection sounds

they did for all projectiles. this is the sound:

/playsound minecraft:entity.breeze.deflect

Can confirm. Not sure if the sound was ever used for snowballs but it no longer plays for arrows.

Thanks for the clarification below. I went to check after posting that and saw the sound event

Relates to MC-132067 as an unused sound event that was used but became unused before release.
