Firing a wind charge item through lava and into a block of TNT will cause the TNT to fizz and explode but trying this on a TNT minecart will only push the minecart forward rather than blowing up.
Steps to Reproduce:
Place a rail and a TNT minecart on it
Place a lava bucket next to the rail
Fire a wind charge through the lava and into the TNT minecart
Observed result:
It doesn't ignite.
Expected result:
It ignites, like TNT does.
