Saturation suspicious stew grants 7 seconds of effect instead of 7 ticks (0.35 seconds).
This is was not the case in 1.20.4.
How to reproduce
Switch to creative game mode.
Go to the Foods and Drinks tab and grab a saturation suspicious stew.
Eat the stew.
Notice how it now grants 7 seconds of saturation instead of 7 ticks.

I want to be clear that this wasn't the case in 1.20.4, and is very likely a result of a recent internal change of how effects are handled. You can see how the tooltip in 1.20.4 doesn't show duration as it is less than 20 ticks (7 ticks):

I don't think this is intended as this was already reported back then as MC-140529, see also the last comment in that report.
It's supposed to be 7 seconds, it even shows on the advanced tooltip.
