New "Raid Omen" effect texture is using Programmer Art Evoker as base

Since 1.14 with the introduction of both Bad Omen and Pillager, Bad Omen used to use Pillager head front as base for the effect texture. However with the new 24w13 snapshot, the Raid Omen effect is now using the Programmer Art head front for the effect texture.
