Mace and wind charges can damage invulnerable mobs

In Creative mode, the Invulnerable NBT tag is bypassed. As anticipated, when shooting wind charges at a mob in Creative mode, the mob takes damage. However, in Survival mode, shooting wind charges at the mob won't cause it to take any damage.
