Some slime trial spawners in trial chambers won't spawn slimes without player intervention

In trial chambers, slime spawners could generate where they cannot spawn slimes due to inadequate spacing. 

To reproduce, use the seed 2186305503007631812 and run the following command, then go into survival: 

/execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @p 240 -9 98 -90 10
