The bug
In Bedrock Edition, the ominous item spawner will spawned about 3-9 seconds, In Java, it is more longer.
Step to reproduce
Go to the Bedrock Edition
Placing some trial spawners on ground
Putting any spawn egg on the trial spawners
Drinking an ominous bottle
Switching the gamemode to survival
When the spawner are triggered, then switch back to creative mode.
Observing the projectiles spawning time.
✔ ←The spawning time of projectiles is more randomly, and sometimes spawning instantly when triggered the spawner.
Go to the Java Edition
Placing some trial spawners on ground
Putting any spawn egg on the trial spawners
Drinking an ominous bottle
Switching the gamemode to survival
When the spawner are triggered, then switch back to creative mode.
Observing the projectiles spawning time.

Bedrock and java may differ which could mean its intentional but I still can confirm in 1.20.5 pre-release 3.
