[MC-270385] Placed Chiseled Bookshelf which has copied NBT data from another bookshelf and contains books does not render books correctly

How to reproduce;

Place a Chiseled Bookshelf in your world.
Put books in it, using right click (any book)
Copy the block using Crtl+Middle Mouse Button
Place the copied block in your world
The books in the block are not rendered
By breaking the block, the books are still dropped.

@unknown, just letting you know that generally if someone has already pointed out information about a ticket, it's generally not of much utility to repeat what has already been said verbatim. That is, unless additional information is added along side it.
