Fire Protection and Blast Protection tooltips do not change depending on what they're applied to

The new enchantment tooltips for fire protection (-X% Burning Time) and blast protection (+X Explosion Knockback Resistance) do not change their display depending on what piece of armor they're applied to. This causes all four body slots to display the tooltips even though it can only be applied on one part of the body on a given armor piece.

For example in the attached screenshots, the tooltips "burning time" and "explosion knockback resistance" tooltips should only be displaying on the "when on body" section because it's applied to a chestplate, but it's being shown for all body sections.
