projectile_spawned enchantment effect component does not provide location to run_function

When running a function with the run_function enchantment effect, triggered from the projectile_spawned enchantment effect component, the location at ~ ~ ~ in the function will be 0 0 0 instead of the event location. this might also affect other effect/effect components but this is the one I noticed

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install the attached datapack

  2. enchant a crossbow with example:sonic_boom

  3. go to 0 0 0

  4. fire the crossbow

  5. notice the particles from the function apearing at 0 0 0 instead of the player
