[MC-271569] Jump Bug

When you jump, the screen goes forward and backward for some reason, is this a bug? It acts like a speed boost which get annoying. Because every time your character jumps you go faster and your screen zooms in like crazy.

Does this occur when using the soul speed enchantment? If so then this may duplicate MC-271422.

Came here to see if this had been reported yet. Glad it has, the movement is sickening.
