Wool items from shearing sheep do not account for the scale attribute

Wool items created by shearing a sheep will not account for the sheep's scale attribute, making them instead spawn where they usually would at a normal scale.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn a sheep

2. Modify its scale to an irregular value

   /attribute @n[type=sheep] minecraft:scale base set 5

3. Shear the sheep

Observed Behavior:

The wool item spawns below the sheeps body, where it normally does at a regular scale.

Expected Result:

The wool item would spawn above the sheep like it does at a normal scale, like other entities:
