[MC-272369] Can respawn in a solid block with default spawnpoint

Steps to reproduce:

1.Create a world.

2./kill and respawn

3./fill ~-5 ~-5 ~-5 ~5 ~5 ~5 stone

4./kill again and respawn.

Observed result:

You will respawn in stone and suffocate.

Expected result:

You will respawn on the top of the stone.

Relates to MC-272333.

I was unable to reproduce this, every time I kill and respawn I spawn somewhere next to the stone structure.
Update: I can confirm now.
