Command works in chat but not in command block?!?!?!?!

/summon minecraft:zombie ~ ~1 ~ {Attributes:[{id:"minecraft:zombie.spawn_reinforcements",Base:1.0d}],HandItems:[{id:"iron_sword",Count:1b}],CanBreakDoors:1b,CanPickUpLoot:1b}

This is expected to work in the command block but it fails for no f***ing reason, none of the command is red
