The Bug:
Throwing an Ender Pearl that goes through a portal cannot go through another portal on the other side.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Nether Portal
2. Go Through Nether Portal
3. Setup Second Portal that is within ender pearl distance*
4. Setup Nether Portal in Overworld**
5. Throw ender pearl through portal***
*: not too close, not too far
**:Make sure they are not attached to the same portal. If you setup blocks in the back you can observe it landing on the blocks and not through the portal
***Make sure you aim the Ender Pearl correctly to be able to hit other portal, if you added blocks, be sure to not be in creative mode.
Observed Behavior:
You go into the Nether and not through the second portal
Expected Behavior:
The Ender Pearl goes into the Nether, and through the other portal, ending up at the other side in the overworld.

As previously noted, this is because the enderpearl is still on cooldown. Using a /tp command block to hold the pearl in place, I was able to allow it to go off cooldown and use the portal.
Here is a demonstration:
With my previous comment in mind, I can confirm the described behavior in the report (that ender pearls cannot immediately travel through two portals)
