Blazes can no longer destroy end crystals

This is probably because end crystals no longer take fire damage in 1.21 Pre-Release 2, since Blaze fireballs are counted as fire damage (proved due to Fire Resistance completely negating damage from Blaze fireballs).

@unknown I'm not saying it's intentional, I'm just stating the reason for why this bug occurs 🙂

I can confirm this issue and that standing inside a end crystal is good counterplay against blazes.

I can also confirm that standing in an end crystal renders blaze fireballs completely useless, as @unknown stated.

Also affects Fire Charges from dispensers and Ghast Fireballs (though a Ghast Fireball will at least be able to delete the End Crystal if it hits close enough to the base to where the explosive damage is able to reach it). Happens due to End Crystals now being immune to the entire #is_fire damage type tag, which, of course, includes fireball damage.
