I bought minecraft a while ago, but my account was not verified, I was contacting the minecraft help center, but they still did not help me with my problem, they recommended that I send a ticket to this page so that they can help me with my problem, the The main problem I have is that I can't use skins/capes or access premium servers.
I will be sending images of the problems that occur in the game.

Unfortunately, we are unable to help as this is a technical/account issue and since this is a bug tracker, reports about technical/account issues are resolved as invalid. Please contact Mojang Support as they have the right tools and experience to help 🙂
This also could be happening because there is an outage currently going on which affects the xbox servers and in turn, the Minecraft licensing/auth servers. This means it's possible you may be unable to change your name, your skin, or be able to play Minecraft at all, regardless of your launcher.
