When I try to enter minecraft. net, several times I get an error indicating that there are problems to validate my data and asks me to log in again, I do it and it shows me that I have to buy again the two games I have, minecraft java and bedrock, sometimes when I refresh the page or click again on login in the top right button, everything comes out as before, change name and skin in the java version and in bedrock no purchase button, but if I try to access any of the two options in java, the error occurs again that I must buy, when I click on buy I get that I already have the game, also looking in the browser inspector, indicates that the api where the validation is performed is throwing the error 429 Too Many Request

On what browser does this issue occur? Did you try other browsers?
Do you by chance use any VPN?

I try in 3 browsers, Edge, Chrome and Firefox, I have also used proton vpn to test if it would not let me enter and also presented the same problem, also in browsers use incognito mode in case any extension affected and also is not solved and I consulted a friend and in the capture that I shared I saw that in the top right where it should leave the registered user comes out the same login in and reedem but so far let him enter the (is from mexico)

There is an outage currenty going on which affects the xbox servers and in turn, the Minecraft licensing/auth servers. This means it's possible you may be unable to change your name, your skin, or be able to play Minecraft at all, regardless of your launcher. Your purchase is not at risk however and if the game shows as unowned, this should be resolved when the outage is resolved.

For now keep an eye on this report as I'll do my best to update it when I get more information on the issue.

I think there is already a solution, I entered Minecraft and its page again but this time I connected with the internet from the cell phone to the PC and it worked excellent, it does not generate error messages either in the launcher or on the official page, it must be due to a certain type network, they should give this information to the rest so they can test it.

We've mitigated this issue, if you still see this issue try restarting your launcher, and if the issue persists please contact support at https://aka.ms/Minecraft-Support.

To the people who have an issue with the error code: (0x803f8001) with the Xbox subscription bug (like the picture from June 20th 2024), it got fixed for me after opening the launcher through the Microsoft Store app instead of the desktop shortcut.  Not sure if it will work for anyone else, but it might.

wrote an email to support and solved it 🙂 Got to make sure ur OS is updated (even the preview). Then log out off ur acc in microsoft store, and then reset ur microsoft store: 

Reset the Microsoft Store

  1. Press the Windows key + R simultaneously

  2. A window will appear. Type in WSReset and hit enter

Then log back in into the microsoft store acc that has minecraft on it, and then i just reseted the store again to make sure ;P Launched it through the microsoft store and it worked 🙂
