Panda suddenly stopped when following. Even its bounding box disappeared, I could normally walk through that panda. She didn´t move, stayed at place at jungle biome. No sounds except my steps was heared. I was normally at survival, no change of game mode.

This was probably caused by the internal server freezing in some way. You could try closing and reopening the world, and see if that fixes it.
