Can you connect to a vanilla server?

why asking? this issue DID occur on the vanilla server "vanillaEuropa.com". Or is this not the "vanilla" you refer to? And the issue randomly occurs, after playing for a while on that server, when I interact a lot in the ingame-chat feature.

oh my gaaaawd, it occurs everytime when I send a chat message within 2 seconds or so after my previous chat messages! Why is this causing issues??

The server in the linked disconnect report said that the server was using Paper, which is modified server software. This bug tracker only accepts bugs relating to vanilla Minecraft (aka Minecraft with no mods).

Ah okay, sorry! I will take the disconnect-reports to the server admins/owner of that server then.
