I have netherite pickaxe enchanted with efficency 5 and a four level beacon with haste 2 applied and insta mining is not working, the first time I did the beacon with the same pickaxe and the same world it worked fine, the second time it didn't work anymore, I tried rebuilding it but it never worked.

It should be in the .minecraft directory. You can use the Terminal to find it. It should be located in /~/.minecraft/saves. Please upload your zipped world save.
Please correct me if this is incorrect, as I am not a Mac user.
