Some village crops might not spawn if it's under/next to a tree

Village farms sometimes don't generate the crops that are under or next to trees.

How to reproduce:

1. Create a default world with the seed -2008825617732780959.

2. Move toward the coordinates (-235, 115, 3580) from the north. Note: Teleporting to the coordinates instead will cause the crops to generate correctly.

3. Look at the farm next to you.

Expected result:

All crops in the farm would generate.

Observed result:

Some of the crops next to or under the trees didn't generate.
