Ender Dragon Head Missing On Ship

I was playing on my survival world searching for elytras, I've found an end ship and on the Minecraft fandom (https://minecraft-archive.fandom.com/wiki/End_Ship) there is nothing according to the dragon head having a chance to spawn.
