The fixes for MC-203748 and MC-240948 are incomplete. Filled lava and powder snow cauldrons are still able to be put under water.
Steps to reproduce:
Place a cauldron and lava/powder snow inside it
Place water above the cauldron
or
Place a cauldron and completely surround it with water
Quickly retrieve the water block above the cauldron and put lava/powder snow inside the cauldron
