It is still possible to go through portals without being teleported when going quickly enough by throwing riptide tridents

MC-156579 is marked as "fixed", but it is still possible to go through portals when going quickly enough by throwing riptide tridents in creative mode.

This also affects other gamemodes when gamerule 

playersNetherPortalDefaultDelay

 set to 0.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Switch to creative mode or /gamerule playersNetherPortalDefaultDelay 0

2.Build a nether portal.

3.Obtain a riptide 3 trident.

4. Stand in front of the portal (less than 1 block away from the portal）

5.Throw the riptide trident.(For non-creative modes, you need to jump then throw it mid-air)

Observed result:

You go through the portal without being teleported.

Expected result:

You will be teleported into the nether.
