Creative player can go through nether portal without being teleported when throwing riptide trident

Even after the fix of MC-275638 in 24w36a. It's still possible to go thru portals without getting teleported if the player goes fast enough in creative mode (or if the portal delay is 0).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Switch to creative mode.

2. Build a nether portal.

3. Get a riptide 3 trident.

4. Stand in front of the portal.

5. Make it rain. /weather set rain

6. Throw the riptide trident.

Observed result:

You go through the portal without being teleported.

Expected result:

You will be teleported into the nether.
