[MC-275766] World border is seen through opaque blocks with fabulous graphics

The world border allows you to see barriers from other corners through blocks with fabulous graphics.

Set the world border to 10.
Go to one of the sides and stand behind the border on the outside.
Set the graphics to fabulous
Look inside the area, you will notice that the wall will be displayed even if there are other blocks in front

The world border is displayed even if there are opaque blocks in the middle, in the corners the effect is more evident.

The world border should not be displayed overlayed if there are blocks between the border you are standing on and the border on the other side.

Overlapping translucent graphics should only occur if there are no opaque things between two translucent parts.
