Converting mobs removes fire

Contrary to the 24w37a changelog, mobs extinguish fire when converted to another type of mob. The Fire tag tracking fire duration is not kept.

To reproduce:

1. Spawn a mooshroom

2. Set it on fire

3. Shear the mooshroom

4. Notice that the mooshroom is extinguished, instead of staying on fire as expected
