The Bug:
The message [playername: Set own gamemode to Spectator Mode] now appears when using the spectator mode gamemode switcher. This appears to be an unnecessary message after the initial message that shows up when using the spectator mode game switcher.
playername is just an example for the brief description of this bug. This message is an example message you can get from switching to spectator mode.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a world with cheats enabled
2. Use the Spectator Gamemode Switcher. Hint:Β The keys to use is F3 + N together.
Observed Results:
In addition the the initial message you used after switching game modes using the spectator game mode switcher, you also get this extra message:
[<playername>: Set own gamemode to <gamemode> Mode]
playername is your player name.
gamemode is the gamemode you switched to.
Expected Results:
Only the initial message "Set gamemode to <gamemode> Mode" should show up.
gamemode is the gamemode you switched to.
Β
Notes:
This did not occur in 1.21.1.

This appears to be the same issue as MC-276947 as this is a case of the server command output.
