[MC-277208] Pale oak leaves do not change color in other biomes

As shown in the image, most leaves will have different colors in different biomes, but Pale Oak Leaves do not have this property and will be pale in any biome (using the minecraft wiki as an example here)

This was already a feature when the biome was shown in MC Live, however it was changed in 24w40a probably due to player feedback, so this is very likely intended.

Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
