[MC-277245] Main menu music occasionally does not start immidiately, instead taking exactly 20 seconds

Occasionally, the music on the main menu will take a 20 second delay to start, whereas it would previously always play immidiately when the menu is loaded.

Can confirm it happens on Bedrock as well, being completely silent in all possible scenarios when BGM should be playing, until the next reboot (not 100% surefire workaround).
