The fix to MC-277019 currently compares commandSourceStack.getEntity().level().dimension() == serverLevel.dimension()
(as determined by code analysis), but the teleport command should care about the targeted entity's dimension for this check, not the executor's dimension.
This issue also causes MC-277417, in which teleport commands fail when no executor context is present.
